Homeward Trust Edmonton is a not-for-profit organization committed to ending homelessness in our city. Our work is driven by community need and priorities as outlined in the Community Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness. It is our belief that everyone has the right to a home and that our communities are stronger, safer, and more vibrant when homelessness is addressed instead of ignored. We are a fast-paced and values-driven organization made up of people who are dedicated to making the difference.
Homeward Trust is the system planner responsible for coordinating a community-based approach to addressing homelessness. We contract, implement, and coordinate programs, and we provide access to affordable and supportive housing. Our organization also leads local efforts to enhance awareness, evidence, and resources regarding homelessness.
